We actively monitor and track the market to ensure our properties stay booked, while maximizing the return for our owners. Unlike other companies, we don’t use dynamic pricing as many use this tool to set the rate and forget it. Our team has experience with revenue management with rental histories to support it.

As the years have passed, we now have vacation homes in Panama City Beach, Orlando, and Gatlinburg. We visit every new home that’s brought onto our program and make sure it’s well stocked and prepared for our first mutual guest. We actively work with owners to set a home up to maximize a guest experience with durable equipment that’s tried and true.

Zero Start-Up Costs*

We understand that owning a short-term rental is an ongoing investment that can be expensive. So, to keep costs down, we charge zero start-up costs, no annual fees, and affordable monthly program fees that are billed directly out of your monthly disbursement. Below are a few highlighted costs that we cover to help you make your home successful!

VRBO: FREE TO YOU! The annual cost to list the property on the platform is $699 (subject to change).
Resort Lock: FREE TO YOU! This is the smart lock we use on all properties and is $350 to install.
Linen Program: FREE TO YOU! This program provides high quality resort style sheets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, washcloths, kitchen towels, and pot holders for the guests to use. Each proptery has two sets of linens that are cycled and cleaned each week. The cost of this ranges depending on the house but you save between $500 - $800+!
