Sand Castle|3-Story Beach House w/ Pool & Games

For the price the house should be wwll kept. It is a beautiful house but not properly maintained. Positive: Location Negative: The beds had blood on them, dirty, the bathroom downstairs doesnt drain properly, there is mold in the celings, lots of broken walls, tile, doors. AC works for a bit then shuts off. The AC doesnt fully function as some areas are warmer than others ans its the reason why there is mold

There was mold in vents and studio apartment refrigerator. The sheets in one of the bedrooms were dirty and two shower drains were clogged up and wouldn’t drain properly. When messaging the host about the issue they dismissed my complaint until I showed photos. Then they told me they prefer to wait until after we checked out 4 days later to address the problem. After some back and forth a housekeeper dropped off new bedding for that room and a Plummer came to fix the drains and the broken sink.

Great location. The pool was very nice to have on days the little ones didn't want to deal with the waves.

Charming Older Beach Accessible Home ⛱️ Positive: The space was exceptional. Our group had enough room to come together, as well as spread out for down time. The lighted and heated pool was well kept and maintained. The grandkids preferred it many times to the beach, especially at night. There were a ton of activities for the kids and only a short walk to the beach. The communication with the management was great. If anything went wrong it was addressed.They were polite and welcoming. Negative: Older home with a few quirks, but was addressed with the management. They welcomed the feedback back and were fair with the resolutions.
