Needs
The home really needs a lot of general maintenance. There were several issues from the beginning and they were taken care of quickly. I just think for the cost that the home should be in better condition.

The property is about a block from the beach. Walking distance to McDonald's & a gas station.

Terrible across the board
House is old and the rental management group is completely terrible. Zero help. No check in assistance Awful neighborhood. Pool was nasty and hot tub even worse.
