Sandollar Sea Haven ~ Tropical Escape w/ Pool & Spa

Let me begin with the positives:1. Communication with the property manager was great. Every time I contacted them, they replied back pretty quickly. 2. The backyard/pool area was phenomenal. Big fenced in backyard and clean, nice size swimming pool with lots of floats to choose from 3. Lots of driveway space. We fit 4 cars easily. 4. Our teens loved the ping pong and foosball tableNow for the disappointments:1. The house smelled like fish when we checked in. It smelled like that for a couple of days. 2. The top bunk beds were extremely unstable. My older teens did not feel comfortable sleeping on them so they had to take the mattress off the bunk and sleep on the mattress on the floor. 3. The dryer stopped working and they were not able to get someone to fix it until after we were checking out. 4. The bathtub liner was moldy. 5. The master bathtub did not drain properly 6. The house is in need of a paint job. There were black streaks all along the kitchenette area from either the chairs or table7. This rental was extremely overpriced for its condition We visit PCB every year. Unfortunately, we won’t be back to this rental.

Really enjoyed this house and would stay again. Positive: The private pool was nice. House was beautiful. Close to shopping and restaurants. Would love to stay here again. Negative: Wish the pool had been heated. Third bedroom bed was smaller than advertised.

Our stay was amazing! Everything was exactly what we expected. Communication with the host was fast and easy! The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Thank you for making our visit that much better and we wull definitely book with PCB Retreats on our next visit to PCB!!

it was great. it was missing some necessity items as far as toilet paper, cleaning supplies, trash bags but aside from that it was wonderful.
