HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Don’t waste your money on this one! Positive: Nice layout and that’s about it. Negative: Booked for 2 nights and ended up only staying one! Problems: #1 Didn’t find out property had a downstairs tenant until after I booked and paid. If I knew this before hand I would’ve never booked. I messaged the owner about it and they assured me everything was fine just to mindful of the “quiet times” from 10pm-7am. #2 Home is on a dirt road with pool sized potholes and hard to maneuver. #3 When I checked in, I immediately noticed and took pictures of items in the home that were broken or not working, including “amenities” that I booked the home for in the 1st place. #4 Downstairs tenant put in a noise complaint with the owner because my kids were playing loudly outside (as kids do, kids being kids) during the AFTERNOON!! #5 owner threatened to have us removed from property if we weren’t quite even though we were not loud during the “quiet times” and were all in bed on our 1 night by 9:30. #6 Owner stated that us having cake for my son’s birthday with our other 3 kids was a party and the property had a strict no party policy, even though after booking I have messages showing she knew its was my sons birthday and I booked the home because of all of the games and amenities that my kids would enjoy there. Mind you, not all were available as stated in the listing. I guess having cake with your kids is a “party” even though this home is located on Panama City Beach and comes with bachelor/bachelorette party games, pool table, poker table, hot tub (which wasn’t in order on my booking as it was supposed to be) and a pool. So, the owner is basically saying that since they are fully booked on Panama City Beach (party town) and supposedly has all those items, that they never have people renting that are on spring break or whatever partying. But a family having cake for their son’s 11th birthday with 6 people there is a party.
