BEach Happy ~ Active Beach Escape with Pool, Tennis & Coastal Charm

This condo could be really nice if the owners put a little time and money into it. Positive: The location of the condo was great. It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to stores and things to do. The layout of the condo is very nice as well. Negative: The condo definitely needs some TLC. The patio furniture was wet and moldy so we couldn’t sit out there. The bathroom cabinets were falling apart and need to be replaced. The caulk around the tub was grey( was supposed to be white) and cracked. We had to fix the toilet while we were there since it wouldn’t flush right.

We very much enjoyed our time. We happen to be staying during some bad weather and felt very comfortable being indoors f Positive: So many things! It felt like home. From the moment of walking in everything was very comfortable and clean! Any and supply’s you could think of was provided. Great access to the pool. Very friendly neighbors! Negative: If anything the grass in the common areas were in need of cutting. When talking our dogs out or going to the pool we would have to walk through some higher grass. This I believe would more than likely be the complex HOA’s responsibility. Not the property owners. The beach access gate code was not correct, once again this was on the HOA we were told.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was clean & updated mostly. Positive: Property was very clean! Negative: The showers are hard to turn on.
