disappointing!
Positive: Spacious house near the beach.
Negative: The bathroom sinks were all clogged;
the air filter clearly hadn't been changed in a long time, as it was in terrible condition; and the bedroom and living room rugs were filthy and grimy.
The trash can needs replacing because it doesn't work, and there were cockroaches all over the house.

House was great. The back yard needs work but that is a minor issue. The house is for sale and if I had the money I would buy it.
