Positive: Everything Negative: Leaving

Backyard is an oasis. Positive: Neighborhood was quiet, beach access is walkable distance, though we didn’t use that one we drove to others. Clean. Family did not feel we was on top of each other. The backyard is an oasis. Parking is wonderful. My family spent many nights in the backyard, it is truly peaceful and beautiful out back. Negative: I didn’t necessarily dislike anything about the property but I do think not should be mentioned the public access does not have a restroom or showers. Also new pots and pans need to be purchased, they didn’t seem that they were cleaned (we bought a cheap set from Walmart to use). Also communication was bad we was trying to see about early admission while at the property and they kept saying g they would get back with us and never did. The code on the door didn’t work they gave three before we received the correct one. Luckily the back door was unlocked so that is how we was able to get in initially or we would have been stuck for hours with the slow communication. There isn’t a trash can in every restroom.

House was beautiful, Was a good stay all in all but definitely needs some maintenance Positive: I like that it was close to the beach-short 10 minute walk. It had a private back yard for kids to play and was in a quiet neighborhood. My bed in the king room was also extremely comfortable. Negative: I didn’t like that we couldn’t control the hot tub settings so the jets were never on. The ceiling fans in some of the rooms are controlled by remotes or WiFi and couldn’t get them to come on either. Also the outside furniture in the back is heavily rusted and a metal chair broke while trying to get up. (200lb) Biggest inconvenience was that every door code we received did not work and we were locked out multiple times having to contact the property. They eventually gave us a physical key and took care of that problem. I will say they were extremely fast to respond to needs and very polite!

Positive: The beach house was roomy and clean. Negative: Needed more cookware, new trashcan, and refrigerator with an icemaker

Perfect beach getaway with a great location, comfortable accommodations, and plenty of space to relax! Positive: We absolutely loved our stay! The house was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our group. The beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve slept on while traveling. We especially enjoyed the large backyard, which gave everyone plenty of room to relax and hang out. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach, and we loved being close to everything while still having a quiet place to unwind. We would definitely stay here again! Negative: Honestly, there wasn’t anything we disliked. The property was exactly as described and met all of our expectations.
